My main goal has been to boost OPM's visibility on social media, especially LinkedIn, where our company page had an impressive following of over 70,000. I curated content and engaged with our audience to highlight our brand's partnerships and initiatives. These efforts were instrumental in our achievement of winning the esteemed MCV/Develop Award in 2023.
I was in charge of creating engaging posts, sparking valuable conversations with our audience, and using data to fine-tune our social media game plan for the best results. These digital campaigns boosted our brand's presence, deepened our ties within the industry, and played a key part in our achievements and recognition.
Consultant Video Interviews
Led an internal campaign to film interviews with OPM’s consultants and publish the results on social media and YouTube. This boosted their individual brands and cemented their place in the industry as experts in their field.
Introducing Staff Posts
Each consultant that joined the team was introduced to our network. A recruitment agency’s product is their service and their sales team, and this helped introduce new staff to our online community; so they know who they’d be working with as customers.
Consultant Feefo Review Posts
Highlighting individual reviews and the company’s overall service reviews. Feefo was a great platform to let our audience and community sing our praises for us. OPM won Feefo Gold Awards in 2022 & 2023 for our stellar reviews.
IG50 Initiative
I struck up a partnership with the IG50 2023 initiative. This project focused on spotlighting the 50 most employable unemployed folks in the gaming world, with a special focus on diversity and candidates from less privileged backgrounds. We spread the word about the winners and their stories across our website and social media channels, and got the chance to meet them all face-to-face at a fun award ceremony.
The initiative was a great success, with many of the IG50 finding work off the back of their increased publicity. Into Games, the brains behind IG50, made sure to shout out our collaboration in all their branding and online posts. This further developed our reputation in the games industry as a company that is willing to give back.
